SEVEN Return Policy
SEVEN will accept returns only on first-time, intro package orders within 60 days of purchase, less a 30% restocking fee, the value of any promotional event, products or materials received, additional discounts applied, and shipping fees. SEVEN will not refund any used or backbar items, only retail items that are unused and in resaleable condition.
The returning salon will be responsible for return shipping to SEVEN, and the refund will be credited only after returned product has been checked-in and verified.
All reorders after the initial intro package order are final sale.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
